海外駐在での新生活に必要な家具・家電を、手間なく、すぐに揃えられるサービスです。当社では、高品質な家具・家電を幅広く取り揃えており、駐在員様それぞれのご状況に応じて 【レンタル】、【リース】、【購入】 の3つの契約形態からお選びいただけます。

「レンタル」「リース」「購入」からお選びいただけます。短期～長期、単身～ファミリーまで、駐在期間やご予算に合わせて柔軟にプラン設計が可能です。すべてのプランで設置から引取りまで当社が一貫対応します。

4.安心のメンテナンス・アフター対応

ご利用中に万が一の故障・破損があっても、迅速に交換・修理対応いたします。長期ご利用でも安心して快適にお使いいただけます。

法人契約・個人契約いずれも可能です。企業様の駐在員サポートや、個人のお客様の一時滞在・ご帰国サポートなど、目的に合わせた柔軟なご提案を行います。

Plan1: レンタル — オールインワンの安心プラン

基本家具・家電セット一式（計20点）をご用意しており、リビング・ダイニング・ベッドルーム・スタディルーム・家電がすべて揃うため、ご入居初日から快適な生活を始められます。設置からお引取りまで弊社が一貫して対応いたしますので、手間は一切かかりません。ベッドはシングルサイズからキングサイズまでお選びいただけます。

Plan2: リース — 資産性を両立したプラン

基本家具・家電セットから5点以上を対象にリース可能です。リース満了後はお客様へ家具・家電の所有権が移譲されます。家具の状態によっては、弊社による買取も可能です。ご契約後も追加リースに対応可能で、柔軟にご調整いただけます。
料金はご選択された家具・家電によるため、別途お見積もりとなります。
※リース期間は1〜2年が条件となります

Plan3: 購入 — お得なセット価格でコーディネート

基本家具・家電セットから3点以上を条件にご購入いただけます。リビング・ダイニング・ベッドルームごとのパッケージセットをご用意しており、まとめてご購入いただくことで特価でのご提供が可能です。セット内容はお客様のご希望に合わせて自由に選択いただくことも、弊社にお任せいただくことも可能です。
料金はご選択された家具・家電によるため、別途お見積もりとなります。

アローズ家具サービスをご利用いただく際の一般的な流れです。

お問い合わせフォームよりご要望をお申し付けください。

Contract

２．お見積もり・プランの確定
お客様のご要望と駐在のご状況に合わせた最適なプランと、詳細なお見積もりを提示いたします 。内容にご納得いただけましたら、ご契約となります。

Choice

３．商品の選択・コーディネート
基本セットからの選択 や、素材やデザインからお好みのアイテムを自由にお選びいただけます 。セット内容を弊社にお任せいただくことも可能です 。

Delivery

４．納品・設置
お客様のご入居日に合わせ、弊社スタッフがご指定の場所へ家具・家電を配送し、設置まで一貫して対応いたします 。ご入居初日から快適な新生活を始められます 。

Start

５．ご利用開始・アフターサポート
ご契約期間中、快適にご利用いただけます。
レンタル：不具合が生じた場合は交換等のフォローあり
リース：仕入れ元の保証の範囲内でサポートあり

End

６．契約終了時の対応
レンタル: 弊社がお引取りに伺いますので、お客様に手間は一切かかりません 。
